Anindya Shee

Anindya Kumar Shee, Global Head- Organizational Development, Cipla Ltd. He has over 20 years of diverse experience across the life cycle of HR and Organization Development. He has held key roles in leading organizations in areas of Rewards, Leadership development, Organization Development and HR business partnership. He has worked with Indian and MNC organizations in sectors as diverse as Oil and Gas, IT, pharma, FMCG, consulting and banking. Anindya is a B.Tech from IIT(ISM) and has an MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Currently, he is pursuing his doctoral studies in organization behavior with S.P.Jain, Dubai campus.
