He is IIM- Bangalore and XISS alumnus with over 14+ years of rich HR experience into diversified industries such as Information technology- Product Development, Banking & Financial and Manufacturing Industries. As a part of Human resources for Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. in India, Dharmesh provides HR leadership for a few Lines of Business. He joined Oracle in 2008 and prior to it he has worked with Crompton Greaves Ltd and ICICI Prudential LIC. He is responsible for designing and executing people strategies focusing on Leadership, talent and culture to meet business specific needs of the region and more than 3500 employees.
