He has over 17 years of experience spread across a broad spectrum of industries: Consulting, HiTech, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Energy. He is passionate about Total Rewards and consider it as a key instrument for happy workforce. Occasionally, he writes, teaches in B-schools and participates in various C&B forums as a speaker.
