Lipika Verma
Lipika Verma is currently the Director – Rewards for “Global Supply Chain” in Schneider Electric. In her current role, she provides rewards expertise to the leadership team of Global Supply Chain business. Prior to this, she was working as Vice President-Compensation & Benefits for GE Capital, Head-Compensation & Benefits for Nokia India, and previously she was associated with ESPN Star Sports, Nortel Networks and Hughes as HR Business Partner. Lipika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics & Masters in Human Resources.
