Nadeem Kazim

He is a Sr. HR Professional. He started his career with Ballarpur Industries Limited in 1986. He moved to Tata Steel in 1991 and served them for 18 years in various capacities in IR, HR and L&D roles. He served Exide Industries Limited from 2009 till 2017 and was elevated as Director-HR and was a whole-time Director on the Board of the Company. He further moved to TIL Tractors India as CHRO from 2017 till 2019 and was responsible for Corporate HR, IR and business strategy roles. He was a member of the National Executive Board of NHRDN as Immediate past Regional President- East for 2017-19. He is the Co-Chairman of the CII HR & IR subcommittee of the eastern region.
