Pradyumna Pandey, Vice President & Head Human Resources, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. He is an HR professional with over 25 years of experience in managing teams with the human touch. He is known for providing directions to multiple units of the company and managing effectively. He has experience in both the multinational and Indian arena. Prior to joining JK Tyres, he was heading HR team in DCM Shriram group and has worked for brands such as Holcim, ACC Cement. He is a member of Automotive Tyre Manufacturing Association Skill Development sub group and member of CII National Committee on CSR. He is also on the board of Rubber Skill Development Council.
