She is a vibrant HR Leader, with 17+ years of work experience gained from association with Murugappa Group of Companies and Tata Consultancy Services. Swarna has been with TCS since September 2006. In her tenure in TCS, she has led the Learning & Development for TCS for Banking & Financial Services, the largest Business Unit in TCS, Chennai region, the largest region in TCS and also has experience managing the Learning Platform and Learning Content functions. She was recognized “Emerging Training Leader of the Year, 2015” a Global recognition awarded by Training Journal, USA.
