A global company, Avery Dennison has announced the appointment of Anushree Singh as Director-HR, EMEA, Apparel Solutions.
In her new role, Anushree will be responsible to partner with the business and providing leadership to drive the people strategy. Additionally, she will be responsible for the growth mandate for their EMEA region, Apparel Solutions.
She Singh has rejoined Avery Dennison. Earlier she was associated with the organization as Director- HR, Label & Graphic Materials, South Asia.
Anushree has experience in managing diverse stakeholders such as Corporate & Regional Headquarters, Board of Directors, and Local Leadership teams. She has developed innovative and contemporary HR strategies designed to significantly impact profitability, culture, and employee experience.
She has a proven track record of fostering trust, collaboration, and commitment to keep people’s agenda at the organization’s core. She had built connections between diverse teams, functions, and departments to drive results.
Anushree has created, nurtured, and developed high-performing HR teams by demonstrating thought leadership. Additionally, She has constantly challenged HR function to think with a customer-centric and solution-focused mindset.
She joins Avery Dennison from AkzoNobel where she was Global Project Manager- EVP. In this role, she worked closely with AkzoNobel’s executive committee members and the global HR leadership team.
Anushree has nearly 18 years of leadership expertise with experience working across multicultural & matrixed global organizations. She has successfully managed large organizations through periods of growth and transformation.
Previously, she was associated with organizations such as Pulp & Fibre Business, Aditya Birla Group, and Aircel.
Earlier, Anushree was working with Xerox as Senior Manager. In this role, she was responsible for Talent acquisition, management succession planning, hr strategy framework, culture transformation project, and performance management process.
She started her career working with Standard Chartered Bank as Associate Manager-HR. In this role, she was responsible for Regional HR operations, Recruitment, PMS, and Employee Engagement.
Anushree is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. She completed her graduation from Delhi University.
