EVG and Authentication company, AuthBridge has announced the appointment of Payal Aggarwal as Head – Human Resources.
In her position, Payal will oversee HR strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, and learning and development for the organization. Her expertise will be vital in driving the growth and attracting top talent to AuthBridge.
Payal brings a wealth of experience building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.

She is an HR professional with over 12 years of experience in Training & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations with a sound theoretical knowledge of various HR Concepts.
She has been a trainer and has delivered training for individual contributors and people leaders on topics like Thriving through Change, Interpersonal Skills, Enhancing personal effectiveness, etc while working on leadership development projects like New Leader Learning and Mentor-Mentees program.
Prior to AuthBridge, she was associated with Bharti Airtel as Lead – Learning & Talent Management, Airtel Business.
Her earlier stints include working with leading organizations like; InterGlobe Hotels, The Indian Express, and Franklin Templeton Investments.
Payal holds her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and completed her Bachelor of Arts from Kirorimal College.
