Mahindra Group elevates Sanjay Gawde as Head – HR & Admin of Mahindra Logistics. Sanjay has been associated with Mahindra Group for three years, having joined in 2021.
In his most recent role, he served as the Group Head- Talent Management, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and managing talent strategies across the organization.
With over two decades of experience in HR, Sanjay Gawde brings rich knowledge and expertise to his new role at Mahindra Logistics. His diverse experience across various industries and functions positions him well to drive the HR and administrative functions of the company.
Extensive HR Background
Before joining Mahindra & Mahindra, Sanjay Gawde had an illustrious career with several notable organizations. He was Head – Total Rewards & Performance Management at Lupin, where he was responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems and reward strategies.
His career also includes stints with John Deere, Hewitt Associates, EXL Service, GE Capital, and Gammon India Ltd., each role adding to his rich tapestry of experience in human resources.
Sanjay holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai, and a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Personnel Management from the University of Mumbai.
