Reverse Logistics Group (RLG), an international provider of comprehensive reverse logistics solutions appoints Suruchi Bhatia as Chief Human Resources Officer for India.
In her new role at RLG, Suruchi is poised to lead the entire gamut of HR functions with a focus on enhancing the employee experience, driving talent development, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
She comes with nearly two decades of rich and diverse experience in her new role at RLG. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen RLG’s commitment to excellence and innovation in Reverse Logistics Group.
Extensive HR Background
Before joining RLG, Suruchi worked as General Manager – HR and earlier Deputy General Manager – HR at Azure Power, where she was instrumental in shaping the HR strategy and driving organizational growth.
During her tenure at Azure Power, she significantly contributed to the company’s success in the renewable energy sector by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Suruchi’s professional journey also includes notable stints at several esteemed organizations. She worked with ASA Industries, where she played a pivotal role in talent management and organizational development.

At Camfil, Suruchi was key in enhancing employee engagement and driving HR initiatives that aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Suruchi has been recognized throughout her career for strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to implement HR best practices that drive business results. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
Suruchi holds a BE in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in HR from Punjab University.
