
Third Wave Coffee appoints Sarit Padhi as Director- HR Business Partner. He joins Third Wave Coffee from BYJU’S.
In this role, Sarit will utilize the skills of Strategic HR, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Talent Engagement, and Organizational Design for Third Wave Coffee.
He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “Although this is a late update, I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director HR Business Partner at Third Wave Coffee!“
Sarit is a result-oriented professional with nearly 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. He has hands-on experience in talent planning, engagement, performance management, organization development, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
Additionally, he has experience in People leadership, cross-functional, cross-cultural, across levels of hierarchy, and significant exposure to working in a matrix organization.
Prior to Third Wave Coffee, Sarit was Assistant Vice President Human Resources with BYJU’S. In this role, he was responsible for HR Lead for the flagship business unit of the organisation. Culture champion for the team size of 2500+. Part of the leadership team & engaging with them to provide solutions for key business challenges.
Sarit’s earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as V-Mart Retail Ltd as Head Retail Human Resources, Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited as Vice President Human Resources, and Reliance Retail as Senior HR Business Partner – Project Eve.
He started his career working with Bata India Limited as Assistant Manager HR. In this role, he was Talent acquisition for stores in retail south – supporting organisation expansion.
Sarit is an alumnus of the International School of Business & Media. He completed his Bachelor of Science, in Chemistry from Sambalpur University.
