Unilever elevates Anuradha Razdan as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for its Beauty and Wellbeing category. Additionally, she has been named Unilever’s Global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer.

She has been associated with the organization for 25 years, before this, she was previously working as Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Hindustan Unilever and Unilever, South Asia.

Background and Career Trajectory

Anuradha Razdan holds an impressive academic background. She graduated in economics from Ferguson College, Pune, and later pursued her MBA at XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Anuradha’s journey with Unilever began in 1999, and over the years, she has held various critical roles. She served as the Strategy Director to Doug Baillie, the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unilever.

In this capacity, she contributed to shaping the overall people strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Anuradha led a significant Global HR Transformation project. Her focus was on elevating the strategic contribution of the HR function to Unilever’s business success.

Later, she took on the role of Vice President HR, Home Care, where she played a key role in transforming the organizational culture to be more agile and consumer-centric.

Anuradha’s expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, having worked with Unilever’s Prestige business. She also led the Global Talent Attraction and Employer Brand agenda, ensuring Unilever remains an employer of choice worldwide.
