India-based non-banking financial company, Capri Global Capital Ltd. has appointed Vivek Jain as Chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Confirming the appointment Vivek said, “Delighted to share my new role as CHRO at Capri Global! After a rewarding 15+ years at Kotak, where I served as Sr. EVP & Head HR for various business verticals, I’m excited to embark on my new journey. I am grateful to my Kotak colleagues for their support and camaraderie.”

Vivek has over 25 years of global strategic HR leadership. He has excelled in board advisory, business partnering, and HR consulting.
He has extensive experience across start-up and established sectors and geographies, including banks, Fintech, Pharma, IT, ITES, and Consulting, specializing in driving organizational transformation and change management.
Prior to Capri Global Capital Ltd., Vivek spent the last 16 years with Kotak Mahindra Bank, providing strategic HR inputs to consumer banking (Branch Banking including retail liability and retail assets), corporate banking, capital markets (Retail and Institution Equities), investment banking (IB), private equity (PE), private banking (PB), corporate treasury and asset reconstruction (ARC).
His earlier stints include working with Genpact and Lupin Pharmaceuticals. He holds his Doctor of Philosophy – PhD (Research Scholar), Human Resources Development and completed his Master of Business Administration from International Management Institute.
