DB Schenker appoints global CHRO
Katharina Rath has held several positions at Continental Automotive Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President Human Relations, Automotive Technologies and Holistic Engineering & Technologies, and as Member of the Automotive Board.

The Supervisory Board of Schenker AG has appointed Katharina Rath as the new Member of the Board of Management for Human Resources. The 47-year-old will assume her new role on December 1, 2020.

For almost two decades, Katharina Rath has held several positions at Continental Automotive Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President Human Relations, Automotive Technologies and Holistic Engineering & Technologies, and as Member of the Automotive Board. She earned a degree in Psychology (Diploma) from the University of Regensburg.

“Katharina Rath is an internationally experienced expert in various fields of HR. The Supervisory Board and I are very pleased to have gained her talent, knowledge, and leadership skills for the DB Schenker Board of Management”, said Dr. Levin Holle, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schenker AG.
