Lenovo India appoints ex-PepsiCo HR Director Bhavya Misra as CHRO

Lenovo, global Technology leader today announced the appointment of ex-PepsiCo HR Director Bhavya Misra as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for India. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading HR for the India business.

Bhavya brings in 13+ years of seasoned experience from PepsiCo and Bharti Walmart. In her last role in PepsiCo, she was the HR Business Partner for Commercial, Finance, and IT for Africa, Middle East, and South Asia. She has worked with a wide variety of HR & talent functions like Business Partnering, Organization Restructuring, Talent Acquisition, Manufacturing Plant Management, and Diversity and Inclusion.

She has worked across a wide variety of business models like COBO, Franchise, Retail and across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. She has won multiple accolades for her contribution within PepsiCo including the Global Harvey C Russel award for D&I. Bhavya also worked with Bharti Walmart in the talent management space between 2009-11.

Bhavya is an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Physics graduate from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
