NetApp appoints Titan Alessandra Yockelson as CHRO
Alessandra amassed extensive experience in talent leadership across distinguished organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Diageo, and Philips.

NetApp, the intelligent data infrastructure company, has announced the appointment of Alessandra Yockelson as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).


Alessandra will assume the role of reporting directly to CEO George Kurian. In her capacity, she will oversee various dimensions of people and organizational strategy, encompassing talent development, performance management, team engagement, recruitment, DEIB initiatives, as well as compensation and benefits.

She brings decades of experience and expertise in leading global talent organizations, driving operational excellence, and fostering cultures of performance and accountability.

Alessandra joins NetApp from Pure Storage, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to assuming the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Pure Storage, Alessandra amassed extensive experience in talent leadership across distinguished organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Diageo, and Philips.

Throughout her career, she spearheaded initiatives focused on global business and cultural evolution, strategically propelling major multinational brands towards profitable growth. Her expertise in human capital management has earned her recognition as a pioneering leader in the field.
