
Nielsen, the global leader in audience measurement, data and analytics, has announced the appointment of Nicolina Marzicola as Nielsen’s Chief People Officer.
Nicolina will report to Nielsen’s CEO Karthik Rao. In her role as Global Chief People Officer, she will assume responsibility for Nielsen’s Global HR function and take the lead on talent initiatives that actively engage employees, align with strategic priorities, and ultimately contribute to the company’s growth.
Her additional responsibilities will include overseeing various areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development, HR Operations, and Reporting, as well as Nielsen’s core HR business support function.
On her appointment Nicolina Marzicola said, “I’m delighted to join Nielsen as the Chief People Officer in this new era of transformation and growth for the company.”

Marzicola brings Nielsen decades of vast knowledge and experience in helping global organizations navigate complex business transformations.
Prior to Nielsen, she was associated with HP where she was associated with the organization for over 26 years.
