
The biggest on-Demand tech-backed gig marketplace, Shadowfax has announced the appointment of Mohan Sitharam as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Mohan has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Shadowfax!“
Mohan is a senior HR professional with strong business acumen and leadership experience in developing and delivering people strategies. He belongs to the elite group of fewer than 300 people in the world with both SPHR and GPHR certifications.
Mohan has nearly 25 years of global experience in leading human resources & organizational development initiatives aligned to strategic business results.

Earlier, Mohan was with Subex as Chief People Officer. In this role, he was the Global head for People Initiatives at Subex. In addition to all functions of Human Resources, Mohan oversaw other enabling functions like Quality, IT, Administration, and Travel.
Previously, Mohan was with Mindtree as Head of Service Lines People Function. In this role, he provided thought leadership to oversee Enterprise Service Lines comprising seven different horizontals with around 6000 engineers.
Mohan’s stints also include working with HCL Technologies (Shipara), Mphasis, and ANZ Asset Management.
Mohan is an alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He is a law graduate from University Law School.
