Subhankar Ghose has joined Avishkar backed EDTECH company Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt Ltd, as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to this, he was working with ROI Net Solutions as CHRO for close to 2 years.
As a part of the senior leadership team at Nalanda, Ghose is responsible for Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & creating a policy framework to build an excellent Organisational Culture.
Earlier, he has been associated with the companies like Zoom Insurance, ABP News Network, Muthoot Finance, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, etc in HR leadership roles.
