TCS Invite Job Applications for Rebegin Program
Women candidates with atleast two years of relevant experience who have taken long breaks due to family and other personal circumstances can be considered under this initiative.

India’s largest IT Services Provider, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites job applications for the Rebegin Program for India-wide jobs.

Commenting on the Program the company said, “Rebegin is an opportunity for experienced women professionals to reclaim a promising career after a break because nothing should stand in the way of deserving talent.”

“We want you to put your best foot forward, and we cannot wait to walk the road to a greater future together with you.” TCS added.

Who Can Apply

At present, this initiative is open for women professionals from across India, who are looking to rebegin their careers after taking a break due to family/health/education/personal reasons.

Women candidates with atleast two years of relevant experience who have taken long breaks due to family and other personal circumstances can be considered under this initiative.

The objective of this initiative is to provide an opportunity for women professionals to get back to the arena and nurture their careers with TCS.

How to Apply

Candidates can check the TCS Careers Portal and navigate to the Rebegin section and can apply against the job postings mentioned on the page. Every job posting has a Job Description and the required skills mentioned.

Candidates can click on “Apply” to apply for the position (this will take the candidate to the TCS iBegin Portal, where they can create a profile if not done already and then apply to any of the job positions available). 

Alternatively, candidates can also send CV by email to careers@tcs.com with Rebegin in the subject line to apply. Posts on social media channels such as LinkedIn will have the relevant Job IDs, candidates may apply to them as well.

last month, the company announced its January-March Q4 financial results, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) saw a sequential decrease in headcount by 1,759 employees. The company workforce stands at 6,01,546 as of March 31, 2024.

However, the employee base is very diverse, with 35.6% women in 152 nations. Till March 31, TCSers have clocked 51 million learning hours and acquired 5 million competencies.
