TCS iON, a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services is hiring freshers for 2018- 2024 batches through TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT).

TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) helps you prove your skills to top corporates. You may choose to get tested on aptitude skills, domain-specific skills, or work values.

The tests are scheduled every 2-4 weeks in the exam centres. Your TCS NQT Scorecard will showcase your performance in every section of the test. You can apply for jobs in various Corporates that accept TCS NQT scores from our website and respective Corporates’ websites.

Who can Apply

  • Pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree
  • Students passing between 2018-2024, who are looking for a job
  • Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience

  • Step 2: Get your NQT Score.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) workforce stood at 608,985 as of September 30, reported a dip of 6333 employees.

TCS’s employee base continues to be very diverse, with 35.8% women and  152 nationalities. In financial results for Q1FY24 the quarter ending June 30, 2023, TCS LTM IT Services attrition rate this quarter is 17.8% with a workforce strength of 615,318.

The company’s net headcount addition of 523 and the contribution of women in the workforce is 35.8%.
