The new office prioritizes sustainability, inclusivity, and employee well-being through its design. It offers diverse workspaces tailored to various work styles and preferences, integrating flexible layouts, inclusive design principles, and ergonomic furniture.

Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider, has announced the opening of new office space in Bengaluru’s Embassy Manyata Business Park.

The workspace, designed for about 3,000 employees, is equipped with cutting-edge technology, facilitating seamless collaboration among Kyndryls teams and enhancing customer experiences with integration and immersion. Covering 250,000 square feet, the office will showcase Kyndryl’s largest Vital Studio, a key feature of the space.

Lingraju Sawkar, President of Kyndryl India said, “India is benefiting from a confluence of tech capability and skills, demographic dividend and market opportunity.”

James Rutledge, Global Head of Delivery, Kyndryl, said, “The new office will provide our customers with an integrated view of our tech skills and capabilities.”

“It will also offer our employees an environment that encourages collaboration and drives personal productivity and learning, allowing us to deliver expertise and speed at scale using AI-powered automation,” James Rutledge added.

The office integrates natural elements, fitness amenities, and areas for relaxation and mindfulness activities to enhance employee well-being and health.

It offers a digitally-enabled hybrid workspace, incorporating flexible and technology-integrated meeting areas, dedicated collaboration zones, and versatile event spaces suitable for both in-person and virtual gatherings.

This setup promotes a holistic work environment that fosters productivity, connectivity, and employee satisfaction while accommodating diverse modes of collaboration and interaction.

The office design prioritizes inclusivity, featuring facilities tailored for individuals with disabilities, such as wheelchair accessibility, adjustable desks, accessible restrooms, and tactile signage with braille labels for those with impaired vision.

In addition, it includes gender-neutral restrooms alongside conventional ones and provides parental support amenities for nursing mothers, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment that meets the diverse needs of all employees.
