The program is aimed at helping scale mid-to-senior level executives as leaders and performers. The duration program will be a 6-month comprehensive program that will push participants to work on real-world problems & growth initiatives of the company backed with academic guidance from senior faculty from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli.

Commenting on their outstanding academic faculty from varying backgrounds, Dr. Asit K Barma, Director, BIM said, “We are excited to have this MoU with Matrimony.com, where both parties can experiment, learn and unleash the power of data and build nonlinear business models.”
