This was done to ensure that everybody gets a break from the daily work life before they could sprint into the festive season, said Nagaram. The company has also introduced ‘No Meeting Wednesdays’ where employees can focus on ideation.

Myntra is also offering reimbursement of costs towards COVID tests, hotel quarantine, and electronic and other remote working equipment for staff and their family.

More than 1,000 employees will be working remotely and be available round the clock during the sale event and are geared to handle 80 percent more traffic compared to the previous year’s festive sale, the CEO said.
