HCLTech organizes a holistic wellbeing program for employees
The program was hosted from January 10 to January 12 2024 and was aimed to increase awareness among employees and encourage them to nurture holistic wellness.

A leading technology company, HCLTech hosted a 3-day program “BE WELL” an employee wellness program at its NOIDA campus.

The program was hosted from January 10 to January 12, 2024. The program was aimed to increase awareness among employees and encourage them to nurture holistic wellness.

It provided employees a platform to explore ways to rejuvenate themselves with musical concerts, fitness challenges, therapeutic crafts, counselling sessions, guided meditation, aroma therapies, food stalls, and more.

BE WELL was conducted by certified wellness professionals, counsellors, psychiatrists and trained experts in multiple healing disciplines to provide employees with guided, semi-guided and experiential outlooks to physical, psychological and relational wellbeing.

The program will also be conducted in the company’s campuses in Lucknow, Chennai, Vijayawada, Madurai and Nagpur over the coming days.

Ramachandran Sundararajan, Chief People Officer, HCLTech said, ā€œAt HCLTech, we are committed to the wellbeing of our employees.”

“BE WELL is one of the many interventions by HCLTech to ensure that there is increased awareness on health and wellbeing amongst our employees and their families,ā€ Ramachandran added.

Recently, the company said it will continue hiring for Q4 to have a good margin. Moreover, the company added 3617 employees in Q3 and its Total Headcount stood at 224,756.

Ramachandran Sundararajan Chief People Officer at HCLTech said, ā€œWe will continue the hiring trend for Q4 to support the growth we have projected for March ending quarter. Our lateral hiring will continue for Q4FY23.”

ā€œIn the case of fresher hiring, we continue to honour our commitments for onboarding. We will see a fresher onboarding happening in Q4 as wellā€, Ramachandran Sundararajan added.

He said, ā€œWe continue to honour the commitments of fresher onboarding. Attrition is the lowest in the last seven years. We have also implemented the pay hikes for entry and junior-level employees this quarter.ā€
