He is the former Chief Learning Officer of Wipro, with more than 175,000 employees of more than 90 nationalities across 54 countries. He has led HR teams at Microsoft, PepsiCo, Colgate, and TATA Steel.

Author, Columnist, Digital Transformation Coach, and talent management expert Abhijit Bhaduri has joined Microsoft in the Redmond HQ as part of the Talent, Learning, and Insights team.

Earlier, he worked with Microsoft as HR Director from March 2008 to July 2009.

Announcing the development on social media Abhijit said, “I joined Microsoft in the Redmond HQ as part of the Talent, Learning and Insights team. I will be doing what I love doing – L&D. This time the canvas is global and I am delighted to be doing this. I am what is called a boomerang employee. This is my second stint at Microsoft.”
