The largest bank in Russia, Sberbank India has appointed Ruchika Nanda as Head of Human Resources/ Director HR.
She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn saying “I am excited to share that I have embarked on a new journey as Head of Human Resources/ Director HR with Sberbank India!”
Ruchika is a skilled HR Professional with nearly 15 years of experience. She has a proven history of working in the media and telecom space in HR Strategy and Operations.
Her expertise includes Talent Management, Life Coaching, Personnel Management, Grievances, and Employee Engagement. Executed projects in organization design and development, correlating Business ROIs with people engagement and psychometric analysis.
She joined Sberbank from Stashfin where she was Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
Her earlier stints include working with DEN Networks Limited as Head- Human Resources and Zee News as Assistant Manager- Human Resources.
She holds her Master in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School and completed her Bachelor of Science from Delhi University.
