Pallavi joins Fenesta from Ingersoll Rand where she was Regional HR Director – India, Middle East, and Africa. In this role, she led the talent strategy for employees across India, Middle East & Africa. She worked with the organization from Feb 2018 – Oct 2022.
Earlier, Pallavi was Director with ASESA Talent Partners. In this role, she was committed to help organization find right talent. In just few months acquired 15+ clients and placed 100+ talents.
Previously, Pallavi was associated with Nestle as HR Manager- Learning & Training and Saint-Gobain as Assistant Manager- HR.
Pallavi holds Master of Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Symbiosis Center for Management & Human Resource Management.
