
Jakson Group has announced the appointment of Anita Malik as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her role as Group CHRO, she will shape the strategic direction of Jakson’s people agenda. Her ability to architect a robust talent framework, strengthen employee experience, and foster a culture of excellence aligns perfectly with the values and goals.
On her appointment, the company said, “We are delighted to announce the joining of Ms. Anita Maalik as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Jakson Group.”

She is a strategic HR leader with strong business partnering experience in a prolific blend of industries from IT Services, ITES, and Manufacturing coupled with exceptional track by directing diverse portfolios as Strategic HR, HR Business Partnering, OD, and Operational HR Functioning.
Over the years she has developed a strong business-focused HR profile, deft in business-focused accountabilities to drive people agenda for the organization in alignment with the business.
Prior to Jakson Group, she was associated with AVTEC Limited, CK Birla Group as Head- HR. Her earlier stints include working with IBM, Satyam BPO Limited, UPES, and NIS Sparta.
Anita holds her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University.
