A major Indian fashion e-commerce company, Myntra has appointed Govindraj MK as Chief human resources officer (CHRO).
The appointment is effective 1 March. He is currently Vice President of Human Resources Technology Group and People Tech & Analytics at Flipkart.
He is an experienced HR Leader with 22 plus years of experience across multiple high-growth organizations and multi-geography. He has led large teams and influenced the organization to create an environment that facilitates developing the employee potential to its best.
His measure of success is the long-term organization impact facilitated through focused people-centric interventions and the influence of the organization to an empathy-driven people-centric culture.
Govindraj MK’s earlier stints include working with DAMAC Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle, NBC Universal, Oracle, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
He holds Master of Arts in Social Work (MSSW), Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from University of Madras and completed his Bachelor of Arts from Madras Christian College, University of Madras.
