
An Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, Tech Mahindra has appointed Richard Lobo as Chief People Officer (CPO).
Tech Mahindra said in a post on social media platform X (formally Twitter), “We’re delighted to welcome Richard Lobo as our Chief People Officer. With over 25 years of experience in HR transformation, employee experience, diversity, and inclusion, Richard is set to lead the #HR charter at @Tech_Mahindra.”
“Together, we’ll continue to scale people processes, drive sustainable growth, and create an unparalleled working environment based on our people-first principles”, the post added.
On appointment of Richard Lobo Mohit Joshi said, “Welcome aboard, Richard. Richard Lobo is ex- Infosys HR Head, and Executive Vice President and he resigned from the company on August 4, 2023.
Richard is a global management professional with over 25 years of diverse experience spanning functions and industries. He started his career in 1996 with the Godrej group, a large conglomerate in Mumbai. He then joined Infosys in 2000 and has been an integral part of its growth story.
Richard Lobo is an alumnus of Xavier’s Institute of Management and a Mechanical Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology.
