According to media reports, TCS expects to hire nearly 10,000 to 12,000 more employees, especially freshers but will decide on these targets only after Q3 results.

India’s largest IT Services Provider, Tata Consultancy Services invites job applications from fresh graduates under TCS BPS Hiring Program.

The IT giant has informed shareholders of its latest job offers and hiring process. The company said that in Q2FY23 or the July-September quarter, the company hired 20,000 freshers out of 35,000 job offers it made in the first half of this fiscal year. 

According to media reports, the IT giant expects to hire nearly 10,000 to 12,000 more employees, especially freshers but will decide on these targets only after Q3 results. 

Commenting on BPS hiring the company said, “IT giant has curated exclusive opportunities for Arts, Commerce & Science graduates from the 2021 and 2022 year of passing (YoP),”

“Exceptional performers will be part of its fastest-growing units in various enriching roles that amplify their career growth.” It added.

Scenario B: If you are a new user, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click here). Click on ‘Register Now’, choose category as ‘BPS’, proceed to fill your details and submit your application form
