The company said on the LinkedIn Page, "At Colgate-Palmolive, we believe in the power of diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity."

A leading global organization, Colgate-Palmolive India has announced that the company has implemented a new Disability Inclusivity Policy.

Colgate-Palmolive India has introduced its Workplace Inclusivity (WIN) Policy, specifically designed for persons with disabilities (PwD).

This policy extends benefits to employees and their children falling under the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category holding a valid Permanent Disability UD ID card.

It aims to provide them with the necessary support and resources, fostering an environment of inclusion and equality within the company.

Persons with Disabilities (PwD) are entitled to additional leave for recovery from illness or medical needs, as well as unforeseen situations.

This ensures equitable support for their health and well-being, addressing unique challenges they may encounter due to disability, alongside accommodating unexpected circumstances.

Under this policy, the company offers benefits to employees and their children in the PWD category, including reimbursements for essential assistive technology purchases and maintenance, fostering accessibility and support for their integration and success.

This inclusive approach ensures that employees facing unique circumstances receive the support necessary to manage their healthcare needs and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Colgate-Palmolive India said on its LinkedIn Page, “At Colgate-Palmolive, we believe in the power of diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.”

“Join us as we strive to create a workplace where everyone starts their workday”, the company added.

Balaji Sreenivasan, Executive Vice-President, Human Resources said, “Through our expanded Workplace Inclusivity Policy, especially for persons with disabilities, we are taking steps to provide the necessary resources and support that will enable them to thrive in their professional journey”.
