On the occasion of International women’s day, Mindtree, an IT services provider company announces ‘The Mindtree Returnship Program’ for women professionals who are having career breaks.
Commenting on the program the company said, “At Mindtree, we constantly focus on creating an environment that promotes a sense of belonging for everyone. We believe that every individual needs to do what is best for them, be it taking a break from work to focus on personal priorities or transition back, seamlessly.”

As part of the program, the company plans to reskill the new candidates through digital learning boot camps, skills-based intervention, mentorship, and opportunities to work on live, cutting-edge projects.

The objective of our returnship program is to make that return as seamless and effective as possible. It seeks to help returners rediscover their talent and a sense of purpose. He added, “The program will pave the way to bring in more diverse talent to Mindtree, helping them hone their skills to accelerate their careers while enabling us to unlock greater innovation and creativity that come with a diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace.”
