A multinational information technology services and consulting company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) introduced the “Quick Joiner Incentive Plan.”

The company is offering its suppliers ₹40,000 ($512) for each new hire who joins within 30 days, aiming to expedite the recruitment of skilled professionals.

However, if an employee leaves within six months, the incentive is forfeited.
