Twitter calls its employees back to the office by tomorrow
Recently, he said that employees can choose a hybrid working model, some days from the office and some days from the home.

Parag Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer of Twitter has announced that its offices will reopen from March 15, globally.

“Twitter forever works from home policy still holds,” says Agrawal.

Recently, he said that employees can choose a hybrid working model, some days from the office and some days from the home.

Agrawal, who was promoted to CEO of the San Francisco-based company in November, has a slightly different approach than Jack Dorsey, his predecessor, and a Twitter co-founder.

Dorsey told employees in the early days of the pandemic two years ago that they could work remotely “forever” if they wanted to.

“As we open back up, our approach remains the same. Wherever you feel most productive and creative is where you will work and that includes working from home full-time forever. Office every day? That works too. Some days in the office, some days from home? Of course. That’s actually how most of you feel,” Agrawal wrote.

“Business travel is back effective immediately, and all global Twitter offices will open starting on March 15,” Agrawal said in a series of tweets.

“Wherever you feel most productive and creative is where you will work and that includes WFH (work from home) full-time forever.”

He stressed that those opting to continue working remotely would need to “learn and adapt” given that “distributed working will be much harder.”

He emphasized returning to the office, maintaining that it fueled a vibrant company culture.
