A Swedish multinational industrial company Atlas Copco has appointed Preeti Ahuja as the human resource leader (HR leader).
In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Speaking on the appointment, Preeti Ahuja, HR leader, Atlas Copco said, “I am looking forward to bringing in a data-driven approach towards building leadership and organisational culture.”

She is a Result oriented professional with over 17 years of experience including Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations & Engagement, Organization Development, Compensation, Performance, and Change Management.
She is passionate about driving business priorities and leading large-scale transformational changes by enabling them through effective HR strategies.
Preeti has joined Atlas Copco from Peak where she was Head of People. Previously, she was associated with organizations such as GO MO Group AB, Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, GemStone Systems now VMWARE, and Larsen & Toubro.
She holds her master’s in Business Administration from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a bachelor’s degree from the Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
